Erlab air flow enclosures are ISO 5 or ISO 7 class vertical laminar flow units.
They are designed to create a clean environment within a defined area. They are an alternative solution to a cleanroom.
This equipment is particularly used in the industrial sector to protect a storage area, a raw materials removal area, a production line or a packaging area.
These devices are designed for maximum handling protection. The workspace is swept by vertical laminar airflow, which protects the handling from external contamination and cross contamination. This laminar flow is ISO class 5 in the workspace, guaranteeing less than 100 particles of 0.3 µm per cubic foot, in accordance with ISO 14644 standard.

Prefiltration is provided by a G4 pre-filter, located upstream of the absolute filter and easily replaceable by the user.
The air flow filters remove particles from the ambient air before blowing into the workspace, protecting the samples handled against the risk of cross contamination.
Made of transparent PMMA, the cylinder-assisted opening allows robot access during maintenance or adjustment operations
Made of painted steel, the work surface is equipped with reinforcements to support the robot’s weight.
