Erlab is pleased to announce the appointment of Arnaldo C. Marchionne as President of the Erlab Group, marking a new milestone in the Group’s development and international ambitions.
In his new role, Arnaldo will assume responsibility for the entire Erlab Group and its operations worldwide. His mission will be to drive the company’s continued development, strengthen collaboration across our teams and markets, and accelerate our momentum in innovation and growth on a global scale.
With 28 years of international leadership experience, Arnaldo C. Marchionne has built his career across the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, clinical research, and food safety industries in both Europe and North America. Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including roles at bioMérieux, Greiner Bio-One, and Fisher Clinical Services, before joining Erlab as General Manager of Erlab Inc. His experience in international business development, commercial and operational strategy, and his ability to bring multicultural teams together will be key assets as the Group enters its next phase of development.
This appointment is part of a carefully planned transition designed to ensure continuity. Mark McLoughlin, who has played a pivotal role in Erlab’s development and success, will remain fully engaged as a member of the Board of Directors. His experience, in-depth knowledge of the Group, and vision will continue to contribute to Erlab’s strategic direction and support this new phase of its development.
With Arnaldo C. Marchionne leading the Group and Mark McLoughlin continuing his involvement on the Board of Directors, Erlab enters this new chapter with ambition, continuity, and confidence.
