FAQ
I use a chemical that does not appear in the Chemical Listing, is it problematic?
No, this is not a problem.
If you use a chemical that does not yet appear in our chemical listing, you can simply submit it to us along with its safety data sheet (SDS) if you have it. If you do not have the SDS, our system (Quarks Safety technology) will retrieve it directly from the manufacturer or official databases. Once the SDS is obtained, we will analyze the product to determine whether it can be safely used with our devices.
Can I find my previous eValiQuest®studies?
Yes.
All your eValiQuest® studies, whether ongoing or past, are accessible at any time on our Safety Program platform, in the My eValiQuest section. A way to keep track of your previous risk analyses and easily update them in case of changes in your operations.
What happens if I change an operation?
This is not a problem.
If you change an operation, you can easily update it in your Device Inventory and redo a eValiQuest risk analysis if needed. Just indicate the new operations, the possible use of new chemicals, or any quantity changes compared to your previous studies. Your analysis will then be updated to accurately reflect your current situation.
Am I informed about the filter renewal date on my devices?
Absolutely.
Once your device is listed in your inventory, you can access all information about your filters: filtration configuration, lifespan, renewal date.
What are the different steps before my eValiQuest® study is approved by Erlab?
The approval process is simple and fast.
As soon as you submit your risk analysis, specialists study your applications. Then, they advise you on the most suitable solution to ensure your safety during daily operations. Finally, you can modify your operations at any time. If our specialists determine that your new operations require a change in your equipment, you will be informed.
