Each shelf is equipped with LED lighting, ensuring uniform brightness. Additionally, the integration of an activated carbon filtration system in the extraction process helps neutralize strong and unpleasant odors, such as those from rodent waste, contributing to optimal working conditions for operators.

SAFETY

High-efficiency particulate filtration for rodent housing.

Filtration is ensured by two high-efficiency HEPA H14 filters (>99.995% MPPS efficiency, according to EN 1822-1) positioned at both the air intake and exhaust. Rodent housing generates a significant amount of fine dust from bedding, food, and fur. To prevent premature clogging of the HEPA H14 filters, the cabinet is equipped with pre-filters. These pre-filters can be easily replaced by the user without the need for any tools.

A powerful and innovative technology. ERLAB TECHNOLOGY Touchscreen The home screen displays the filter status, selected pressure type, as well as the temperature and humidity level inside the cabinet. It also allows you to turn the lighting on or off, activate or deactivate heating, and configure a Day/Night cycle. The menu enables you to customize the animal cabinet settings according to your needs. 01 09 Shelves A housing capacity distributed across three removable and autoclavable stainless steel 304L shelves, along with a fixed white PVC shelf positioned at the bottom of the cabinet. 02 09 Door(s) Door(s) with a transparent polycarbonate window, equipped with handle(s). 03 09 Ventilation grilles The A.Box animal cabinets are equipped with an intake grille and an exhaust grille, allowing for proper airflow. Each grille is fitted with a pre-filter that can be easily replaced by the user. 04 09 HEPA H14 Filtration HEPA, or "High Efficiency Particulate Air," refers to an advanced air filtration technology. The supply filter removes airborne particles before introducing air into the animal cabinet, protecting housed animals from cross-contamination risks. The exhaust filter captures particles before air is expelled into the laboratory. 05 09 Activated Carbon Filtration Activated carbon is known for its ability to adsorb odor molecules. In an environment where animals are housed, odors can quickly accumulate. The use of activated carbon helps maintain a more pleasant atmosphere. 06 09 Casters The A.Box animal cabinets are equipped with rubber casters designed for smooth and silent transport, minimizing animal stress during room-to-room transfers. 07 09 LED Lighting Each shelf is equipped with LED lighting, providing uniform illumination. This feature includes programmable day/night cycles and adjustable brightness. *This feature is part of the "Day/Night Cycle" option. 08 09 Pre-filter Installed upstream, the pre-filter captures particles before they reach the HEPA filter, helping to extend its lifespan by reducing the amount of particles it has to process. 09 09 Germicidal UV tubes Optionally, the MSC can be fitted with UV tubes positioned on each side of the cabinet. For larger MSC models, an additional tube is installed at the rear of the workspace. 10 12 Eclairage basse consommation Bandeaux d’éclairage LED > 750 lux. Luminosité homogène sur toute la surface de travail, réglable via l’écran tactile. 11 12 Prises DOP Pour réaliser le test d’intégrité des filtres.
