Halo Smart

Erlab Filtered Fume Hoods - Marywood University case study

Erlab offers lab-grade quality air filtration in any space, from classroom to offices, to general laboratories They are affordable and easy-to-install with no ductwork, saving you time and money while still delivering healthier air. Halo SMART purifiers guarantee laboratory-grade air quality by filtering all gas, viral and bacterial pollutants at the source.
Benefits of Erlab Halo:
  • Wall mounted (HEPA ONLY) or ceiling mounted (HEPA & Carbon)
  • Laboratory grade filtration – HEPA, or Carbon
  • Mitigates the risk of propagation of chemical, or viral contaminates
  • No HVAC upgrades needed, means less concern of proper room balance and control of RH levels, and less upfront and operational cost
  • Runs 24/7. No accidental shut off
  • Contributes to controlled direction air flow patterns
  • Easy filter replacement
  • Connected via app on PC, mobile, or tablet for remote access and visual of each unit’s performance
  • It can capture the aerosolized contaminants within seconds and other pollutants which cause health problems and can become catalysts for virus particles
  • Very low energy consumption (50w)

Halo is continuously pulling the dirty air in through the filter, circulating clean purified air back into the room with “coanda” flow dispersion, for even distribution of air flow.  The Halo works with two filter types, carbon filtration powered by Neutrodine technology ®, and Particulate HEPA H14, or ULPA U17 filters. The Carbon filter “adsorbs” toxic chemical emissions present within the ambient air, while the HEPA/ULPA filter “absorb” viruses, allergens, and bacterial pollutants.
A combination of Halo’s can be installed in any room to provide optimal protection, and a cleaner environment.
Halo Smart continuously evaluates the air quality and filters noxious chemicals and odors to help keep the air clean.
